1. Identify where you are in your business. Write down the income
you currently earn. Write down your goals for today, this week, this
month! GET serious about your business! When you look in the
dictionary at the word "SERIOUS" there should be a picture of YOU!
2.
Build for the next MAJOR event! Use the 30-60-90 window to develop a
new attitude & a new game plan for your company’s next event. Create
an incentive program! Have some fun!
3.
Identify your "key" players. Create a TOP 10-20 list. Call them to
find out where they are at with STEP ONE. STRENGTHEN your existing
relationships- develop new ones and enforce the T.E.A.M. attitude.
4.
STOP working with DEAD wood. "Work and spend time with those
participating, not those who are "procrastinating". My Father always
warned me about the difference between "Who NEEDS your time VS. who
DESERVES your time." From time to time, we must clean out the house
and IDENTIFY the TRUE players in the group.
5.
INCREASE your activities. Set the pace for your organization. Work
smart by conducting the right activities DAILY. EVERYONE you are
working with will become FOCUSED.
6.
Set up a local meeting or conference call with your team. State YOUR
goals and ask for them to commit to their own. POWERFUL! They will
SEE, FEEL and RUN with your energy level.
7.
Increase PERSONAL development! COMMIT to 30 TRAINING minutes of
personal development for the next 90 days…you will be AMAZED at what
a difference this will make in your business.
8.
TURN your NEW partners "FEAR" into fuel." This CREATES confidence
and builds belief. Take initiative and CALL them. Don’t WAIT for
them to call YOU! This is a great move from a leadership
perspective.
9.
Get back to the basics- don't re-invent the wheel! Vince Lombardi
once said to his team after a major loss: "Ok guys, it's time to get
back to the basics; “THIS is a football..." Just then, a player
stood up and said...."Hey coach, slow down your going to fast!"
10.
FIND new BLOOD today, in fact everyday! Become and STAY business
"minded". This is what BIG money earners DO. Stay away from the trap
of MANAGING instead of BUILDING.
Last but no
least....stop complaining.....stop making excuses.
START MAKING MONEY!
